5 YEARS MORE AT ARMADALE

Edinburgh Speedway were granted five years further planning permission to run Speedway at Armadale by the West Lothian Council today.

This is the excellent news from this morning's meeting, attended by Geoff Craythorne and John Campbell on behalf of the club.

The recommendation from the Planners was to allow three years, but as before the councillors were more supportive of the Speedway and granted five years.

There will be further news later, and Geoff Craythorne will say a few words on the planning situation at Friday's video night.
