DEREK MISSES OUT AGAIN

Derek Sneddon has decided that his progress towards fitness has not been good enough to return at Sheffield on Thursday.

The Scotwaste Monarchs travel to Owlerton Stadium, Sheffield for the first leg of their Knockout Cup tie with the return at Armadale on Friday.

Rider replacement will be used on Thursday, with everyone except Ronnie Correy eligible.

Derek has been monitoring his recovery from back and leg injuries and will continue to do so, in the hope that he might be fit to return for the home leg on Friday.
