Matthew Wethers and William Lawson scored just fifteen points between them as they failed to make it to the from their qualifying group to the semi final stages of the Premier League Pairs at Somerset on Friday evening.

Matthew had a race win and two seconds in his total of 12 but William managed just one third place in his four races.

The Workington pair of Daniel Nermark and Kauko Nieminen defeated the host pairing of Jason Doyle and Emil Kramer in the final.
