Supporters are asked to ensure that they arrive in good time for Monday's televised Premier League match against Workington at Armadale.

The bus from Edinburgh will depart at 6pm from Waterloo Place, and the pre-meeting parade is scheduled for 7.15pm to ensure that all is ready for the tapes going up in heat 1 at about 7.30.

With it being Sky's first visit we don't know exactly what to expect regarding the amount of equipment they will have at the stadium (they have sent us an inventory), so the best way to ensure that you enjoy your usual Armadale experience is to arrive early.
