Berwick Bandits are the visitors to Armadale to provide the opposition for the Scotwaste Monarchs in their first League Cup match of the season.

It has been a dull week at Armadale and there was particularly heavy rain throughout the early morning of Friday but the last rain of the day fell at the track in late morning and now the track team are working hard to get everything ready for the 7.30pm start this evening.

One man in action on Thursday evening was Stevie Worrall who was riding for his Elite League team Swindon in their home league match against Coventry. Stevie started slowly but won his last race in convincing style before the match was abandoned due to rain with the Bees winners after the ten staged heats.

During the last few days we have received compaints from local residents with regard to parking within the neighbouring Birkdale Park and Mallace Avenue estates. We would request that supporters use the stadium car parks and at all times show consideration to our neighbours as they move around these estates.

After tonight's meeting the Scotwaste Monarchs move down the road to Berwick on Saturday night for another League Cup encounter.
