The sun is shining at Armadale today ahead of tonight's big League Cup clash between the Scotwaste Monarchs and Workington Comets.

No team problems are reported by either team so both will be at full strength for tonight's match.

The Comets may well be better prepared that many previous visits as they do have riders in Josh Grajczonek, Ricky Wells, Kyle Howarth and Ashley Morris who have done very well in before at the track. It also seems only a matter of time before Rene Bach also enjoys a good night again at the track.

Craig Cook, for various reasons, has struggled to score the points expected in two Elite League outings in the past 48 hours but he has dropped only one point in twehty Premier League races so far this season. Stevie Worrall has also made a flying start to the season scoring big points in Elite League, Premier League and NAtional League.

With the weather to remain good for the rest of the day we do expect a big crowd to attend the stadium tonight so we would advise you to get there as early as possible. Gates open at 6.30pm. Again we would ask that you show consideration to our neighbours by using the stadium car parks.
