We have always considered ourselves to be innovative and inventive with everything to do with speedway racing at Armadale Stadium and we will continue to do so at every opportunity.

In recent years we have developed and continue to develop the best online ticketing system in British Speedway. Our Friday text service updating supporters with news of that evening's meeting is a free service, which is highly unusual. We are the only regular users of big screen projection of live racing in British Speedway and we have worked hard to develop our social media activities.

Our website is proving exceptionally popular at the moment and we're getting thousands of unique hits a day. Our more popular stories attract even greater interest. Our speedway in Inverness story almost brought down the world wide web such was the interest in that story!

Our Facebook has doubled its likes over the last twelve months and we regularly have more than a thousand people viewing the stories on there. The "It's Coming" poster featuring Derek Sneddon created huge interest when featured regularly on Facebook.

Interest in our Twitter account exceeds that of our very healthy Facebook and allows us to get our message to many who have only a vague interest in the Scotwaste Monarchs. We're hoping to turn them all into big fans.

Most recently we have introduced our Podcasts with Scott Frame behind the microphone on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Filled with interviews our supporters are already looking forward to the next edition.

So what's next? Snapchat! What? Exactly.

Head over to the App Store on your iPhone or Google Play on your Android device and search for Snapchat - it's free! Search for 'EdinMonarchs' on the friend search screen and tap the add button.

This will allow you to follow some exclusive photos we'll be posting on there from all kinds of places but watch carefully, the photos will disappear after 10 seconds. Get involved, it's addictive!
