We are pleased to invite everyone to join Ed the Monarch at Armadale this evening to celebrate his birthday and to enjoy what is sure to be an exciting match between the Scotwaste Monarchs and the Newcastle Diamonds.

Under 12s should particularly enjoy their visit to Armadale this evening as, not only is admission free, numerous free gifts will be offered and you could even get a piece of Ed's birthday cake.

The premier League match is very important to both teams. The Scotwaste Monarchs are looking for a win to maintain their position at the top of the Premier League and the Diamonds are equally keen to secure the points to enhance their chances of a top six finish and qualification to the play-offs.

Armadale has been experiencing some early afternoon rain but this is due to clear by mid afternoon and, hopefully, that will be it for the day. With rain in the surrounding area we do intend to update our Facebook and Twitter pages as we approach start time with the first update at 5.00pm
