  Edinburgh Monarchs

Tonight is the first of six big matches in the next nine days as the Scotwaste Monarchs set out to gain as many league points as possible to secure one of the top two places in the league at play-off cut-off time.

Sheffield are the visitors at Armadale tonight and for the Scotwaste Monarchs the task is simple, score as many points as possible. The Tigers have Simon Stead at number one and he can be good on any track but the Scotwaste Monarchs will look to secure big points in every race.

We have had some rain at Armadale today but it is expected that by mid afternoon this will have cleared Armadale to the east and all will be well for tonight's match.

We will again be trialling payments by debit or credit card for anyone wishing to use this form of payment to gain entry. Supporters preferring this method of payment should go to the advance ticket gate.

Whilst the match is going on at Armadale tonight we will also be keeping an eye on events going on at Somerset where top of the table Somerset will be racing fourth placed Berwick.
