Edinburgh Monarchs

The Border Roofing Monarchs started their defence of their Premier League title with a 49 to 41 win over Workington at Armadale on Friday night.

Sam Masters top scored for the Monarchs with 12 and a bonus and Ricky Wells had 13 for the Comets.
