August is just around the corner and it is a huge month of must-see action at Armadale Stadium as Stellar Monarchs contest four vital home matches in the chase for the Cab Direct Championship Play Offs - starting this Friday against Berwick.

Stellar Monarchs have rocketed into title contention following a run of strong performances including a huge away win at Scunthorpe last week.

The first step towards the title is to secure a place in the Play Offs through maximising the upcoming run of home fixtures through August.

Stellar Monarchs Co-Promoter Alex Harkess said, "Our team has really been coming together in recent matches to form a rock solid unit. There is fantastic spirit and they are racing for each other.

"They know that every point is always critical and they are doing all they can for the team.

"On Friday we enter August in a good position but it is vital that we press on and capitalise on our upcoming home matches.

"In our past two matches - at home against Plymouth and away to Scunthorpe - we have had fantastic backing from our fans who have made lots of noise in support of the team.

"We thank our fans for this and we need you all to keep this going. The atmosphere you generate absolutely pushes our team on. They know the fans are out there and they raise their level.

"Let's make it a massive August and push for the title this year. We look forward to a big crowd this Friday for what is a huge match against Berwick who are another Play Off contender."
