Edinburgh Monarchs
The Cab Direct Championship Play Offs reach fever pitch this Friday with the biggest Scottish derby in years. Armadale Stadium will host a packed house as the Stellar Monarchs face Glasgow in a tie that will be broadcast live on BSN – but nothing beats being there in person. Here's everything you need to know before you set off for the match.
Arrive Early – Big Crowd Expected
We are anticipating our largest attendance for many years, with Glasgow bringing a huge travelling support in their red and white. Car parks will be open from 6pm, turnstiles from 6:30pm, and the action begins at 7:30pm.
Please arrive early to beat the queues and make sure you don't miss a heat of this massive Play Off clash.
Tickets
We strongly recommend booking online in advance to save time at the gate. Online tickets remain available right up until start time.
Tickets will also be available to buy at the gate on Friday evening.
Parking
Our car parks will be at maximum capacity by around 7:00pm. Once full, supporters will need to find alternative parking in the local area.
Please park with consideration for our neighbours – do not block driveways or narrow roads such as Mallace Avenue, and please do not park on grassed areas.

Take the hassle out of travel and hop on the Supporters Bus:

The Stakes are high!
The Monarchs have upset the predictions by making the Play Offs, and skipper Paco Castagna is clear about what comes next: "We deserve the Play Offs and that's where we are. We've upset a few predictions."
Stellar Monarchs Co-Promoter John Campbell added: "It's always special when we meet Glasgow, but with the Play Off stakes and BSN coverage, this is a night to really show what Edinburgh Monarchs Speedway is all about. We need our supporters more than ever."
Can't Make It?
The match will be shown live on British Speedway Network, the first ever Scottish derby to be broadcast on the platform. This is a chance for fans across the country to watch – and for Monarchs supporters to show their colours to a massive audience.
It's the biggest night of the season – so come early, book online, wear your blue and gold, and make some noise. Let's pack Armadale and back the Monarchs all the way to Play Off glory!
