Having scored 57 at Redcar recently, it wasn't really expected that the return at Armadale would be close, but equally few would have predicted the record-equalling 69-21 victory for the Staggs Bar Monarchs tonight.

The Stags Bar Monarchs put on their best performance of the season this evening running out 69-21 winners against Redcar. Top man for the Monarchs was Erik with a full 15 point maximum with Josh PIckering, Richie Worrall and Ricky Wells also unbeaten, For Redcar Jonas B Andersen and Thomas Jorgensen contributed 6 each

It's back to action for the Staggs Bar Monarchs this week as we welcome the Redcar Bears to Armadale in the hunt for Championship points.

After the Somerset/Cardiff break enjoyed by many of our fans, the Staggs Bar Monarchs return to the track in league action against the Redcar Bears. Richie Worrall makes his full Monarchs' debut and Max Clegg also returns.

This Friday at Armadale Stadium we throw it back to the 90s with the 1990s Decade Night as part of the Club's 70th anniversary celebrations with some very special guests.

After an exciting and remarkably speedy Pairs contest at Somerset on the eve of the British GP, Sheffield Tigers (Kyle Howarth and Charles Wright) pipped the Workington Comets to win the competition. The Tigers thus retained the title they won on their own track last year. The Staggs Bar Monarchs narrowly failed to make the semis.

All roads lead to Somerset this evening as the Staggs Bar Monarchs look for glory in the Championship Pairs.

The Staggs Bar Monarchs have a complete team again with the return to the colours of Max Clegg, who previously rode in the side from 2015 to 2017.
